Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original PawLab™ packaging.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our lab inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
